Thanks Patrick! Glad to have you coming to the site and if you have ever have any of your own fiction you want to get out, let me know I’ll rattle some cages here for you. Thanks again! Cheers!
Yeah … writers can be pretty brutal to one another which is really stupid since it is such a lonely profession. But yeah, from day one of my writing studies, I’ve always been warned against the “evils” self publishing. It’s pretty silly.
I will say it was pretty hard when the smaller kids got it. Higson doesn’t pull any punches which made it a gripping read. Still, having a daughter myself, I can understand the sentiment.
Hi Wheeler … that’s great to know although I’m little disappointed that we won’t be seeing zombies. Do you think this is worth “renting” on XBox, or should I just grab it from Netflix when it comes out on DVD?
Nice … I wish my wife would prompt me to buy zombie games. I make sure to pause them whenever she enters the room. You’ll have to let me know what you thought of Dead Rising. I manage to have a love/hate relationship with it.

Movie Review: Survival of the Dead
April 18th, 2011 at 10:22 pmNice post! I laughed out loud at this line … “I feel the father of the modern zombie genre has lost a step (or many steps… perhaps even a leg…)”
When things calm down for me here, I’d love to do an interview with you and Dawn about the state of ZR and definitely shoot me any news.
