Too Many Zombies Coming to an End
Almost a year ago, Jay – the creator of Too Many Zombies, picked himself up an iPod Touch and upon playing with it, he found himself making zombies. Not one or two zombies. But lots of them. Somewhere along the line, the idea blossomed into a full website whereby he posted a zombie a day with accompanying story.
With zombie number 335 being posted this morning, Jay is only thirty zombies short of completing his project which begs the question … will there be more zombies or have the endless hordes come to an end?
Here’s the announcement of the site over at allthingzombie.com:
It’s a zombie a day for a whole year and it started today.I am, and pretty much always have been, a huge zombie fan, though my enthusiasm waned for a while. And I’ve been doing little doodles on my iPod Touch. So I thought I’d put them together, renew my zombie enthusiasm and this blog is the result.
Assuming I can keep it up, it will end up with 365 members of the living dead. I’m not promising works of genius (they’re just very quick doodles) but I think some of you may well enjoy it. At least I hope so.
If you haven’t checked out this site, do yourself a favor and head on over there. The zombies are cute in a gory kind of way and the descriptions that match them are pretty funny. I gotta say for a side project that started as iPhone doodles … it turned out pretty awesome. Lets hope Jay keeps it going for another year ;)
