For all you Dead Snow fans or those of you who are looking to see it in your own house (that would be me), Fearnet has just reported some of the details about the upcoming DVD rental. Evidently, the folks over at Fearnet were not too happy with the promotional material on the box. Some poor schmoe who works Entertainment Weekly considers Dead Snow to have a place in the top twenty five zombie movies of all time.

I don’t have a problem with such a statement because I have to see the movie, but Fearnet decided to writeup a list of twenty five other zombie films that do a better job which makes for a good viewing list.

So what does the DVD contain? Here’s the summary:

Bonus features include: Behind Dead Snow (behind the scenes), Special make-up effects of Dead Snow, Theatrical trailer, madness in the north! (making of/behind the scenes), madness in the west! (cast & crew fly to Sundance for premiere), outtakes, burning the cabin, the sounds of Dead Snow.

What do people thinks? Is Dead Snow a mediocre zombie film? Outside of Survival of the Dead, this is the only other zombie film that I have been looking forward to seeing in sometime.
