Long time fans of Calvin and Hobbes will absolutely adore this next link. For those of you out of the know of the popular comic strip, let’s just say you will enjoy it as well. The comic featured a young boy with an over-the-top imagination. In several winter themed episodes, he would setup snowmen in a macabre tableauxs which featured the wintry citizens in acts of murder, suicide, or both. As dark as that sounds, the scenes always produced a laugh.

Well the Huffington Post created a photo slideshow, featuring all the different real life snowmen in crazy situations. Like the comic, some are disturbing, some are bizzare, and some just don’t make a lick of sense. The good thing is that they are all enjoyable even if you cringe at the sight of a ruptured jugular vein.
