Great news from video game site Kotaku. If you haven’t loaded your shotgun and killed zombies by the score, this is a great time to pick up Left 4 Dead 2. The PC version is selling a mind boggling price of thirty bucks whereas the XBox version costs forty bucks. Kotaku made the excellent point that if you’re under the belief that Left 4 Dead 2 is an expansion pack, well, now it’s down to expansion pack prices.

Normally, a triple A title doesn’t drop so fast. It usually lingers at its initial price for a good six months before the price takes the plunge (unless we’re talking Call of Duty – the previous title still costs sixty bucks) so I’m guessing this is only a temporary thing. Better strike the iron while it is hot.

There’s also a bunch of cheap DS games going for sale as well so if you haven’t done your shopping yet (cough, cough, whistle), Amazon might be a good place to start.
